“Hello, friends!” I’m happy to serve you today. Here, we make an effort to present a more accurate and biblical understanding of the mysteries and times we live in; we are not scared to oppose or speak up for ideas that conflict with the inspired word of our Father’s book. In order to better equip you with knowledge that has been kept secret from the general public, we are all in favor of truth without it being filtered.
The topic for today The majority have most likely heard some sort of information about it from strangers, parents, or myths. Moreover, it concerns “Mermaids.” Hold on, before you send me a tin foil hat, some biblical insights could be in it. I invite you to join me on this voyage; it could be enjoyable…
Introduction: A Tale Both Ancient and Deep:
Across the ages, humanity has been captivated by the mystery of the sea and the stories it carries. Among the most enduring and curious of these tales are those of mermaids—creatures with the upper body of a human and the tail of a fish. Are they mere legends conjured by lonely sailors, or do they echo something more ancient, hidden beneath the surface of both water and scripture?
The Bible, while never explicitly naming mermaids, holds threads of ancient beings, hybrid forms, and watery judgments that can be woven together with myth and historical memory. When paired with extra-biblical writings like the Book of Enoch and observations from folklore around the world, a chilling yet illuminating picture begins to emerge. This essay will explore both the fantastical and the factual—blending historical evidence, spiritual truths, and divine warnings—to uncover the forgotten origin of merpeople.
It is a common misconception that we are alone in this place, and most people are unaware that the Bible is full of riddles that provide a basis for discussion on this subject. Remember, we don’t know about 85% of the seas.
Part I: The Sea as a Spiritual Symbol:
In Scripture, the sea is far more than a mass of water. It’s a spiritual symbol—a living boundary between order and chaos, between heaven’s law and hell’s rebellion.
“The wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt” (Isaiah 57:20 KJV).
In Genesis, before light, life, or land—there was water. The “deep” (tehom) was dark, vast, and formless.
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.” —(Genesis 1:2).
To ancient Israelites, the sea was a place of terror. Leviathan, the sea dragon, was a chaotic creature God alone could tame.
“In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent… and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea” (Isaiah 27:1).
Thus, the sea has always been more than physical. It is spiritual—a realm where ancient powers lurk, hidden but not forgotten.
Part II: The Sons of God and the Daughters of Men:
‘Friends, to understand mermaids’ possible origins, we begin not with the sea, but with the stars—and the rebellion of heaven. “That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose” (Genesis 6:2).
These “sons of God” are not ordinary men. In Hebrew, bene ha’elohim refers to divine beings—angels. When these fallen Watchers defied God’s command and mingled with mankind, the results were catastrophic. “There were giants in the earth in those days… when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men… the same became mighty men… men of renown” (Genesis 6:4).
The Book of Enoch describes how these angels not only fathered the Nephilim but also taught forbidden knowledge—warfare, witchcraft, astrology, and enchantments. It was a spiritual infestation cloaked in human admiration. Could some of these abominations have taken to the sea? Could hybrid offspring have mingled with aquatic creatures—or been cursed by God to live in the depths as part of their judgment?
Part III: The Abyss, the Deep, and the Watery Grave:
When the Nephilim and their fathers corrupted the earth, God responded with the Flood not just to cleanse mankind but to drown out the abominations. “And all flesh died that moved upon the earth… both of fowl, and of cattle… and every man” (Genesis 7:21).
However, we’re told the Nephilim returned after that (Genesis 6:4). So either their kind survived, or the sin repeated. The Book of Enoch and (2 Peter), describe God casting the sinful angels into Tartarus, a spiritual prison “in chains of darkness.” In Hebrew cosmology, this realm lies beneath the earth and the sea. It is the abyss—the same abyss from which the Beast rises in Revelation.
The beast that thou sawest was, and is not, and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit…” Revelation 17:8). This bottomless pit, or abussos, could very well be a spiritual dimension connected to the depths of the sea. No human has seen the ocean’s floor entirely—could ancient horrors lie in wait there? Could hybrid creatures, cursed to the depths, still haunt the dark trenches of the waters?
Part IV: Echoes Across the Nations:
The idea of half-human sea beings isn’t exclusive to one culture—it’s global. Every continent carries legends of merfolk, sirens, and sea spirits.
- Mesopotamia: The god Oannes, part man, part fish, who taught humans knowledge from the sea.
- Greece: The sirens, originally birdlike but later depicted with fish tails, sang to lure men to their deaths.
- Syria: The goddess Atargatis, a fish-bodied mother of fertility and danger.
- Africa: Mami Wata, seductive water spirits both feared and revered, associated with wealth, mischief, and death.
- Scandinavia: Havfrue, a mermaid-like entity that either blesses or curses sailors depending on how she’s treated.
- Japan: The Ningyo, a fish-woman whose capture brings either blessing or death.
‘Friends, these are not isolated stories. They are echoes—perhaps distorted memories of beings that once walked, or swam, among us.
Part V: The Seductive Song of the Deep:
Mermaids are typically beautiful, long-haired, and alluring—especially in their voice. But their songs are often fatal. “For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil; but her end is bitter as wormwood” (Proverbs 5:3-4).
This image aligns closely with the sirens of myth, who lured men to shipwreck. It also mirrors the spiritual deception the Bible warns of. “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light” (2 Corinthians 11:14).
The mermaid’s beauty is a mask. In many ancient carvings, her face is human—but her body is scaled, finned, or clawed. A creature caught between worlds—between heaven and earth, between man and beast. She represents unnatural blending, a spiritual mixture. In modern times, this hybrid concept has returned to biotech, genetic manipulation, and spiritual confusion. This creature is not as beautiful as myths and folklore proclaim.
Part VI: A New Age of Hybrids and the Final Days:
Jesus warned:
“But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be.” (Matthew 24:37). In Noah’s day, the crisis wasn’t just sin—it was the corruption of flesh. The bloodlines were tainted, the natural order disrupted. If history is repeating itself, then the days of unnatural beings may return.
“Note; Mermaids are more real than you think (see videos below). The “elites” who are obsessed with living forever have not only been eating and killing babies and drinking their blood, but mermaids as well to achieve what they believe is eternal life. They spent billions of dollars to make people think mermaids are a myth while collecting them.
They have hunters for them in parts of oceans others don’t go. Because of the spirit of Genesis 6 that certain modern-day men and women possess, which leads them to work in biotech scientific laboratories where horrifying experiments are conducted, even using humans again as mice.
“We already see it;” experiments that combine human and animal DNA, efforts to modify creation at the genetic level. Could spiritual beings return to influence mankind toward a new rebellion? Could the “return” of mermaids—through sightings, media obsession, or cultural fascination—be spiritual breadcrumbs toward that ancient path? Including mermaid feasts prepared by the “Elites!” Because of their beliefs of immortality.
In Revelation, the sea gives up her dead:
“And the sea gave up the dead which were in it” (Revelation 20:13). Does this include only human souls? Or also the creatures created in defiance of God’s design?
Part VII: A Redeemed Sea and a Holy Order Restored:
In the end, God promises:
“And there was no more sea” (Revelation 21:1). This doesn’t mean the oceans vanish, but that the spiritual sea—chaos, rebellion, and hidden darkness—is removed forever. The Leviathan is slain. The Abyss is sealed. And yet, even in judgment, we glimpse hope. The sea, once a place of defiance, becomes a canvas of God’s greatness.
“They that go down to the sea in ships… see the works of the Lord, and his wonders in the deep” (Psalm 107:23-24). The Creator rules even the depths. While mermaids, if real, may be products of rebellion, God’s sovereignty remains. The sea will be purified. The darkness will be removed. If these beings are genuine, they were not created by God.
Final Reflection: Truth Drowned in Myth, But Never Lost:
Well, friends, where does that leave us? Perhaps mermaids are myth built upon memory—fragments of a truth so ancient, it was drowned in the flood, then remembered in song and story. Perhaps they are symbols of seduction, rebellion, and unnatural beauty. Or perhaps they are warnings—dressed in scales and starlight—of a time when heaven and earth were violated.
Yet in Christ, no deception can last forever. Every veil will be lifted. Every hidden thing will be revealed. “For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good or whether it be evil” (Ecclesiastes 12:14). Until then, we beware the deep. We test the spirits. And we remember: God made man in His image—not half-fish, not half-beast—but wholly His!
Thank you very much for your time. I hope you now understand why mysteries exist in our last days, because the abnormal order of things may make life in our world confusing, it’s not of God because “He is not the author of confusion (1Corinthians 14:33).
God bless you!
